Lisa is currently the Owner and Operating Partner for KW Big Island, and Principal Broker & Operating Partner for Pacific Image Properties. Lisa manages sales teams in both Hawaii and Texas and is affiliated with several additional Real Estate & Property Management related Companies, including Big Island Stays LLC, Keller Williams Realty, Maui, Vacation-Maui.com and Hill Country Luxury Estates LLC.

During her 19 years in the financial services industry, Lisa has worn many hats, including Investor, Mortgage Loan Officer, Investment Property Analyst, Real Estate Broker, Team Leader/CEO, Trainer and Coach. She has been actively involved in various associations including the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® and the REALTORS® association of Maui.

Additional roles include Prelicensing, ZipLogix and Code of Ethics instructor, Education Committee Chair, Government Affairs Committee, MLS and new member Committee and Professional Standards member. In 2022, Lisa received a Special Recognition Award from the REALTORS® Association of Maui for her many years of service to the Association and industry. Lisa continues to share her expertise through coaching, strategic planning, training and consulting of real estate professionals, business owners and leadership teams.

Other than real estate, Lisa is passionate about her family, pets, live theater, and she holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Dan is a highly motivated entrepreneur and client relationship expert. His professional and personable style builds networks of partners and clients with one-to-one marketing strategies honed during his work in residential real estate and property management for over a decade.

Dan has extensive experience in building companies and delivering for clients, having built and run Premier Negotiations in Oregon for 9 years—helping over 3,900 clients avoid foreclosure. Dan is an expert researcher, marketing manager, and team builder.

Dan moved to Texas with his wife Daniela, to enjoy the beautiful Texas Countryside and spend more time with their family.

Daniela has built a loyal clientele in Oregon, Hawaii, and now Texas, by putting her clients first. She’s seen the highs and lows of real estate and specializes in bringing even the most difficult transactions to closing.

Daniela brings 18 years of experience dealing with complex transactions and clients to from her work in the industry to Hill Country Luxury Estates. She earned the coveted Diamond Platinum Membership in the Million Dollar Club from the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors for having sold $20,000,000 over four years.

Daniela is a serial entrepreneur, having started multiple businesses and real estate brokerages serving home owners, investors, landlords, and both long and short term renters.

Outside of work, Daniela loves spending time with her kids and husband Dan. She’s always looking for ways to stay healthy and making wellness a priority.
